We had a wonderful 5 days in this heaven of peace, an adult only hotel with attentive staff , very confortable rooms, a jacuzzi and a breathtaking view of the island and the lagooon We are very happy for this wonderful discover, and i will be back for sure

We only stayed at this hotel for one night but it was the best hotel this holiday. Very clean room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast and I liked everything about it. There was always an electric car around to take you up and down and in general they made our stay very comfortable. They also have a private parking on site.

Do not be misled. This 5* hotel with such a high Trip Advisor rating can't be compared with a truly luxury hotel. It is, however, exceptionally good value for money. The service is warm and friendly and the hotel is generally spotlessly clean. Most rooms seem to have spectacular views across the bay, but watch out for those that are adjacent to the restaurant. Small balconies, no sun, and the aroma of the kitchens. While small, the main buffet restaurant has a contemporary feel with superb views. However, we were disappointed by the quality of the food; with several hot dishes served cold. Other things to consider. The parking is shocking with the overflow a rocky dirt track..There is no beach access from the hotel. You 'll need to walk or drive to Elounda and use the public beach. The swimming pool area is north facing in the shade, a very cold pool, and the sun loungers are cheap plastic ones. Not what you would expect in a luxury resort.

My husband and I visited the hotel in August and were impressed by the location and the fantastic view.The facilities were brand new and it was very quiet. The best thing to relax and unwind.The staff was always available and ready to serve us.But if you really want to have a unique experience you should visit the spa. The massage with Katerina was dreamy and made me feel special.

We spent an amazing 10 days at Elounda Infinity Resort. We had breakfast included each day which was very nice, lots of choice; I’d recommend the fresh omelettes. The room we had was at the top of the hill with a plunge pool, we really liked its location and it wasn’t too overlooked at all. The caddy vehicles are always around to take you to the top if you can’t face it! Rooms are very well equipped and beds super comfortable. The shower was a separate room, it was huge! And all the staff from reception and restaurant to housekeeping, always there with a smile and can’t do enough to help. Rooms were cleaned twice daily, which probably isn’t necessary but a nice touch. Highly recommended. Thank you to all of the staff, you really make the resort special, without you it wouldn’t be anywhere near as good. Well done!

A beautiful chic hotel with many very appealing features. We had a stunning room with wonderful views over the bay. The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of both Elounda and Plaka area but quiet enough to be super relaxing. Breakfast was in a lovely restaurant and very nice. The pool is quite small, basic and very cold! The service could at times be hit and miss, maybe due to some language difficulties. The evening buffet (included with half board) was adequate but not great mainly as food wasn’t always hot. All in all we had a fantastic stay. I’m sure they can iron out the few wrinkles and make this a top notch luxury resort.

This is the most plush relaxing hotel experience I've ever had! The service is exceptional from the moment you pull up at the gates. The team cannot do enough for you, everyone is so kind and friendly helping make the most wonderful holiday experience. We had a room with a hot tub on the balcony and the most perfect view over to Spinalonga. The view is just the best ever, I wish I could wake up to it every day! I also visited the spa and had a fabulous back massage with Anthi. The food both breakfast and dinner were also lovely.
